I have only been on this forum for a short while but I see there are contrasting views people have in which they think the banker either tries to save money or to push people for the big money.

Tends to show that although banker clearly wants a climatic ending - he is not bothered about the extra cash
Ignore the best offer figure as it includes offers made after a deal ( with the utmost honesty ) It shows that had the "dealers" held out until the end they would collectively have received 30% more than they did. But individually some would gain and others lose. So as you have only one shot - take the money and run - unless you can afford to lose money.
Oooh, i just found my missing post about the threads!!! Senior moment!!! (If i'm this bad at 36 can you imagine what i'm going to be like in 30 years!!)
