I`ve been wondering....do you think if your a forum member it spoils your chance of getting on DOND. I haven`t come across a member who has actually been on DOND,only after they have been a contestant. I worry about that sometimes,because i sooo want to go on it, i would give here up.

hi there nan at home i dont think it will spoil your chance i came on this site feb this year i only heard about it through my audition in bristol 12 feb,then i had my call did my show which is soon to be aired .john bristol was there plus rosebud when i was in the wings but they have yet to know me .

Thank you for your reply Mokimo.I think i remember you coming on here wondering if you`d be picked for a contestant.So you have been!very well done! Wait till Rosebud and John read this! I hope you will be able to tell us when you are about to appear on our tv`s.
thats right nan at home i auditioned then waited weeks, and just when i gave up hope i got the call,i want to say who i am but wait a little longer i am so nervious to see what they have edited out and in it takes almost 2 hours to do one show so it will most prob be a suprise to me

Hi! Ive got a strange one - i was called to appear at an audition back in April but unfortunately couldnt make it.I was then told i wouldbe contacted later in the year for new date!!!But still nothing...As anyone else experienced this???
I want to know how to apply to become a contestant on Deal or No Deal. I am a mother of 2, married, recently moved house in December but due to ill-health have had to give up working. We have just been granted planning permission on our property, but now face the fact that we do not have the funds to complete the work. It would be nice to at least start the work so any monies I can win would go along way to making our bungalow more of a home for my family. How do I apply? Many thanks for your help
Not accepting applications at the mo. Need to watch on the prog. They will announce when people can apply and give phone number or email address.Only other thing would be to get a friend to nominate you for the Christmas show.Don`t think you can nominate yourself. Look on DOND home page for details. See under Contestant Appeal.looks like you could do with a bit of good luck, so worth a try.
Just to let you all know....There is going to be a postal strike from Thursday to Tuesday,so anyone with applications to send off think about doing it soon.
How do people apply to be contestants? The replies on the forums say about auditions but how are the public made aware of these auditions. My mother loves the show and wants her chance to beat the banker.
