A common question keeps coming up, but it would appear no one either

a) knows....
or b) would like to share the answer

How do I apply to be on the show?

No one appears to want to answer it. Who do I need to contact to get an application form to get an audition?

If you read the FAQ (at the top)
you might find the answer in there...

Worst scenario - your bar bill at the hotel is more than you win!

After e mailing c4 the answer I was given was that no more applicants were required for the foreseeable future. Watch the show or the home page for future announcements.

Cool

Dont worry. Be happy.

It's rather easy! Just do what your doing, if they want you and I mean want you then they will make it known! Call you constantly with dates for auditions, on the day of the audition and send letters to let you know...

I will say that I went for an audition in Aug 2005 amd didn't find out i had been selected untill Nov 05 and played my game in Feb 06. So it can be along process espacially with Xmas approaching.

Bear in mind the show has been running for close to a year now and it is on the same par as Millionaire. So just ask yourself how easy you think it is to get on that show?

If any of you are selected you probably want play untill next year!

Good Luck!!! Smile

How many were at the auditions and how many of those got on the show ?Did you have a great time and did you make a lot of new friends .Maybe one day some of us will make it that far .I hope one day i will be one of them.

Hi, applied last February 05, and was phoned by one of the production team two days ago inviting me to an audition at the end of November 06. Phone call followed up by email and a long questionnaire to fill in. Interesting to read Ghosty's post re: time scale between audition and notification of success and subsequent game. e

Hi

I first applied to be on dond back when it first appeared on tv, i also received a call a few days ago to attend an audition (may see you there miss money penny) have received my email and the long list of questions to fill out.

My advice to new people wanting to get on the show, is to send fill out the form to be a contestant (You can find this on the same link to be in the audience) however they may not be looking for new people yet as they have received so many forms.

I am very nervous about the audition so if anyone reading this has any tips it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Winwin

I received the email about an hour after the phone call, but to be on the safe side i also checked they had the correct email address and also took the telephone number.

Did they confirm that you had an audition and give a date and location?? just answer yes or no, don't give out any details as they don't like that!

As we are not allowed to post audition details all i can suggest is that you send an email via one of the links on the DOND website.
