Here I am - five minutes later, and an order has popped up telling me to 'type in the letters in the image below'. There is no 'image below' ............ what is happening?

if you have a widescreen pc, try putting your mouse where it says "in the image below" or just under it, click and drag at the same time and it may be there..

Thanks Tone, clicking and dragging worked, but what a palava!!! I have missed most of the programme, so don't think I shall bother with the web entry again. .........and I definitely won't be phoning in! XXX

on another string, someone picked up on what i said about large images... I dont know how, but if you re set you images / fonts to be standard size, then it all fits on the page... someone here may be able to advise how? Glad I could help

Yes, you just click 'View' and then 'Text Size' - you have the option of small, medium or large.............size matters !!!
