Hi Rosebud, got sig from Andrea's Noel's New Name thread. Went back on the ciggies at Christmas but too ashamed to mention it. What did it was Liz & Deirdrie(can't spell it) puffing away on Corrie. I was laid up after my op and it got too much for me,however my partner is now on the patches so I intend to stop again in a couple of weeks. Hope you and hubby are doing ok, any news on your op? Noticed today the bandage on Noel's thumb has been scaled down to a plaster so it must be getting better

I think you did the right thing. It could easily have gone wrong. It was obvious that the £20,000 meant so much to you.

Hi anne, have been away for the weekend so am just catching up on the post, I can understand about you going back on the ciggies, the first thing we do under stress is go back to our weakness, it may be better next time you try to give up if your partener is trying as well. I pigged out on rubish food while deciding wether to have another op or not It was a very stressful time but have decided not to take the risk, back on eating plan and have lost the couple of pounds I put on, good luck with your next attempt of giving up the ciggies, I know it's not easy.

Hi Rosebud, hope you had a good weekend and the weather was kind to you. My daughter caravans and went to Clitheroe and had a great time. I have cut down on the ciggies and hope to stop soon.
