Does anyone know if there is a way to sell a property quickly other than using the companies that buy for cash at large discounts? I have already dropped the price by £30,000 and would have to incur some debt to drop the price any further. I was wondering if there are any websites for investors, landlords. Thanks in advance.
Selling at a local property auction would be an option to achieve a quick sale. Perhaps if you posted some information on here ie. Property details, condition, upgrade works recently completed, asking price, location etc, someone might show an interest.
What is the current rental return for such a property, who will it rent too? the market is getting tough for new builds now so you may need to consider gifted deposits if poss.
Hi, i have just had to sell my house to one of those cash buying companies they paid 31k off the original valuation by our estate agents. really hard to swallow, but for the best in the long run.
