They might come and move next door to you akk!

They would have to rent privately - very expensive and even that depends on whether or not the landlord wants them! The only other option for them I think would that they have to move to another area under a different local authority.

Sadly, council tenants like these seem to treat their tenancies like a basic human right and not as a priviledge to be able to live somewhere for a cheap rent. I couldn't get a council flat when I wanted to move out!
