So Gordon Brown has recently announced his intentions to withdraw most of our troops from Iraq early next year.

Well it's about time too!!

However, I'm wondering why he's decided to reveal this apparently 'unilateral' decision at this point in time?

Is it because he's got the inside nod from America that Obama is definitely up for the presidency?

Or, is it because he's withdrawing to take a break before the Bi-lateral invasion of Iran takes place sometime in 2009/2010?

Anywho. We all know who's pulling Gordon's strings.

Nostradamus said in quatrain III.92:

Could this be a reference to Obama's ascendance to power?

I know Nostradamus's predictions are obscure and I'm also sceptical about predictions per se.
However, the possibility is still there, so watch this space.

Well it looks like he's out on his ear soon anyway. Just like the whole labour party should be. Bunch of psuedo-left (really tory) party for the rich and well off.
What other party would charge its youth a fortune for a good education, thus leaving the poorer members of society out of the higher education loop?
What other party would take away the lowest tax bracket and tax the least paid members of society?
What other party would part-privatise and slowly wind down the national health system?
Shall I go on?
We need a liberal government as they are the only party to represent choice and social cohesion.
