Anyone out there using Linux?

I just switched from KDE to Gnome following a font nightmare. I don't like gnomes too much but penguins are cute. What else is there? Oh yes no decent FPS games on linux. How come PC World has never heard of it? How many bits in a byte and so forth. Is this thread too geeky? Why don't open source developers concentrate on fewer projects and finish the damn things? Why don't I use Windoze? Because it is the spawn of satan.
