We've all been there - rubbish Christmas presents year after year from aunts and uncles who think we'll look just lovely in yet another hideous jumper.

My Dad bought my Mum a locking petrol cap for her car one year. Needless to say it didn't go down very well.

A nose hair trimmer from my sister!

After some years sitting in my 'clutter' drawer, I managed to get 99p for it on eBay.

My nest door neighbour bought his wife a rotary washing line one year. But last year he really splashed out and got her a vacuum cleaner.

My brother bought mam a chip making machine one year. The one where you press the lever down and the potato comes through the grid.

Mam was not happy

She probably had her heart set on some washing up gloves.

I have to say that I quite like useful christmas pressies. I'm getting a new set of stacking saucepans this year, and I'll be very pleased!!!

How about a nice fluffy duster?

me i am not that fussed as long as its not for the house but for me and not fluffy im a grown up now and pink and fluffy does no cut it with me any more

I've just bought my wife some marigolds all jazzed up with fur round the end bits and bling and stuff. Do you think I might get a kick?

Well next time you are christmas shopping try buying something different!

We got the ma in law a tumble dryer for xmas this year, from her we normally get smellies and socks, but this year she splashed out on us a bit more and we ended up with a stainless steel waste paper bin and a matching toilet brush, an additional thought was a set of weight watchers electric scales but we already have a set we use so they are going to work to aid in the new year diet for the office

Next year she can get money!

Buy her some socks!!

I once got a toilet roll holder doll from an uncle when i was about 8, my mum took it off me and used it i was gutted!

I was born on xmas day and my grandparents can never rembember my age and think i am 4 years younger than i am so you can imagine my presents lol
