I am very disturbed by all this white-on-white violence on TV. I switched on this film on five called First Target and there were a load of white folks, men and women, shooting guns at each other.
A few weeks on Desperate Housewives, Laurie Metcalf held people hostage in a supermarket and shot Lynette's husband's ex wife. This was rather shocking,

I think stuff like this can influence white folks and can lead to aggressive behaviour. Dear me. Think about it, TV bosses.

Yes, there is evidence that violence in the media could lead to violence in children. but i dont think there is any that shows this in adults.

Why are you calling it white on white violence? i've never heard this before. are you racist?

I don't care for the above comment, but yes the system of violence in our culture is well out of control.
Just today, a school in my city was shut down. Earlier this week some idiot wrote in the boys toilets that on friday, there will be a bloodbath. Fortunately, it was a hoax. Sadly, in todays world, these threats have to taken deadly serious.

It can`t be that violent a movie.

It only has a 15 certificate.

So if the violence in a 15 certificate is unacceptable to you, stick to the kids films.

And calling the thread "white on white violence" implies that you accept violence by other colours of people.

Why would this person be a racist? Confused you have heard the term black on black violence? so does that make all other crime white on white violence? do we have to distinguish? black on asian etc..? NO! this person was making a point at how ridiculous this all is.. why is a racially motivated crime seen as worse and given stiffer penalties than "normal" crime?

If a guy is killed because he is say black or a guy is killed for his wallet why should the criminals be treated differently because of their motivations? the victim is still dead!

There should be stiffer penalties to all crims regardless of their motives!
