Just a very quick note. Need some support as tomorrow is the day of my hubby's tribunal hearing at Newcastle. He was unfairly dismissed and the company did not respond within the deadline, tomorrow the Tribunal will hear the excuses that the company have made. if they don't agree that the excuses are good enough then hubby will have his case proved by default and we will be duly compensated.
