Never mind the noise OUTSIDE, what about the noises from inside!
What is it with TV shows these days (and films on TV).
I`m finding that I`m having to constantly change the volume to the TV. If I have the sound loud enough to hear whats` being said, I`m deafened when the "music" is on. Or if I have the sound down when the music is playing, then I can`t hear what the actors are saying.
I`m not talking about the music channels either, I`m talking about drama shows.
For example "Waking the Dead" last night was bad.
And, the decibels on the adverts are even louder again.
It`s so bad, that in this house (being lucky enough to have Sky+), we pause the TV when the ads start, wait a couple of mins (put the kettle on, or go to the loo, etc) than fast forward the ads a few mins later to the start of the show again.
