I dont really do anything to pamper myself I go regularly to the hairdressers, but always have done that is probably it ,oh and whilst I am there I sometimes have a head massage before I get my hair done ,now that does feel pampered

I occasionally get a massage.

And every year I go to the Sultan Show, and make a beeline to the woman who does Indian Head Massages. She doesn`t live locally, so she only comes down for the Show.

I really must try to find someone who lives locally. They are sooooooooooooo relaxing!

a spa day is a lovely pampering treat with a facials, jacuzzi, hot tub etc but on a more regular basis I love to luxuriate in the bath with lots of bubbles every morning. I just drift away and its pure bliss

Absolutely nothing. I want to achieve a little something in life before I feel worthy of pampering.

nor me I dont like having someone who has to work at it to please me , I like time to myself ,thats about my idea of heaven ,never wanted pamepering or attention like that. never quite understood it , each to their own, have a few good mates who love, pedicures, massages , going to the hairdressers for the works, no, most a complete waste of cash.

I also cant understand the people who pay for these Bahama type holidays where they have a "slave" almost running after them, for two weeks, no , not my cup of tea.

my treat is a car ride away into our Scottish countryside, visit some old tucked away Churches and old houses, that does it for me all the time.

yr entitled to some ME time ok... I know the kids have to come first especially when they are little but when you get them off to bed I hope you draw breath and make some time for something for yourself
