my man hates furntiure being moved around, drives him nuts, but everywhere he goes in the house he leaves litter behind, and I mean everywhere, what is it with men and having rubbish all over the house.

I agree with you, you just can't tell them anymore, it is like talking to a wall. but what I do is , if I am away from home , I tell him that I want the house clean as I left it before. and he do that.

If you dont like it then clean it up.

Not all men are messy.
But the reason men tend to be more messy than women is probs because boys are generally brought up with less emphasis on tidyness then girls.
Blame the parents.

Poor parents - I wonder if Andrew is a parent - my guess would be that he is not - men and women seem to have diff standards when it comes to tidyness but like somebody already said, you have to start as you mean to go on and if you start picking up after them you will end up doing it forever and a day. Start as you mean to go on. Everybody should be responsible for picking up their own mess and not rely on another person to clean and tidy up after them. I for one was not put on this earth to fetch n carry after anybody

My boyfriend is tidy and clean. He cleans the bathroom better than I do. I've always chosen tidy men. Think that says something about me

I'm reasonably tidy for a bloke. Today I changed my bed sheets.
