Yep these people who are able to become famous for no other reason than being stupid really annoy me. There was a time when the public looked up to great individuals like Douglas Bader, now it seems all you have to do in order to receive adulation is sing really badly on a televised karaoke contest or have a rich father or know a footballer. It gives people nothing to aspire to; which may well lead people to become reluctant to do anything themselves and thus become a chav who sits at home all day watching soaps, reality shows and reading Heat.
