They wanted me to play another character because I was the only one who could do a scouse accent. But I didn't want to.

I watched it and found it very tasteful. If I had been the family taken there I wouldn't have seen the week out!
However the previous programme with the family from Bristol who went on holiday for 4 years...em to Bristol (and used their own house as accomodation!) was good viewing!
