I am afraid some of you poor sould may not know that the brilliant New Zealand cricket teams defeated the hapless West Indians today.
The fantabulous kiwis thrashed the miserable windies by setting a dominating total of 276/6 off their allocated overs.
This awe inspiring total was set due to the godlike batting of one Nathan Astle, who thrashed three sixes off the final three balls of the innings to post an incredible 118*(126).
The loser Indies could not cope with the extreme talents of one Mr Bond, as they fell 21 runs short of New Zealand's total. The incomparable Mr. Bond took a stunning 3-47.
This win gave the 'world champs to be' NZ an unbeatable 3-0 series lead, and leaves them within striking distance of being ranked #2 one day team.
