The programme content was already known to those who let themselves be aware and put information into terms any lay person can relate to. The most startling feature for me was the fact the thin person was the unfittest.

However not everyone will take this programme to heart as it cannot provide the will power to sustain a dramatic life style change.

That 'foreign disector' does some very controversial work but a post mortem is a vivid way to see the human body. Albeit one that has been in formalin for at least a month!

It is the job of the Pathology department of your local hospital to analyse the human body and much of its work is directly due to the delaterious lifestyle of patients. My advice is look after your precious body and dont let pieces of it, tissues or fliuds, end up there.
