Hi everyone, have just joined. I love htlgn its brilliant and I love Gok! I feel some what happier after watching htlgn and Gok is such a sweetie!
I have been told in the past so many times that I am ugly and chubby and its very hurtful, I have absolutely no confidence at all, its all been taken away. I don't think I'll ever regain my confidence. Its lucky htlgn is on tv as that brightens up my day a little

Hello xLu_Lux I was just reading your post I am to hear you have been told these things and it has taken all your confidence away ,whoever has said this to you are the ugly ones ,people who are ugly inside it shows on the outside .Try and think positve thoughts about yourself as beauty comes from within one little positive thought to take with you ---"MY sunny temperament will overcome any cloudy day" and --"I will be happy in my own skin"
Hi xlu_lux. *Bighugs* to you, and you wet herring. We all have our hang ups and other people can be very cruel and don't realise how their comments can stay with someone after so long. I'm a bit of a weird one in that I don't mind other people seeing me in the buff as long as I don't have to look at me! *weird girl!*
As Marguerita said, you need to take one positive thought with you and keep it in mind above everything else.. unless you're driving or need to concentrate obviously!
