hiya ... .i bought a new hat today after about 10 years .. its a black sequined beret from Accessorize.. but its not a stiff beret its a floppy one.. can anyone tell me tips on how to wear it.. iv seen other girls wear it and they can pull the look off but i dont hav a clue lol (im 19).

man I am a HAT FANATIC. I love them like other women love shoes and purses. The only thing I dont own is a beret. Sorry I can't be of more help.
