Yesterday I inadvertantly put my email addy in a post without thinking. This resulted in me getting a 24 hr suspension from Channel 4.
I'd like to take this opportunity to publicly apologise to the Forum and Channel 4 for being so stupid.
Please everyone learn from my mistake and DO NOT post any personal details.
