GOK Rulezzzzz, T&S are way too sneering, all that picking on past mistakes, and that evil all round mirror room, how's it ment to help raise a persons self esteem if your publically humiliated first, Gok never pulls the people on his show to bits.

Too true, Gok's all about building you up, not pushing you down. Besides I think he's got better fashion taste than S & T. I've yet to see any of his 'girls' in something that doesn't make them look 100% gorgeous - I can't say that for S & T.

Gok all the way. Fantastic bloke who is all about building people's confidence to do what he wants, not belittling and bullying them into it, unlike T&S, imo.

Do watch T&S. Find them so patronizing, hate the way they touch and prod the people on the show.

Gok, definitely, but I want to shout at him every time he puts somebody in leggings or those horrible dresses/tops where the waistband looks like it's too high up. EVERYONE looks like humpty dumpty in those things and it does NOT show off a lovely waist. BE TOLD GOK!

T&S is back on my telly. Bit bored of the 'sameyness' of How To Look Good Nekkid.

Gok without question as he is so kind, T&S think it ok to humiliate someone and then mop up the tears to make their point.

Plus I hate it when S goes on about her size, particularly her boobs, which you'd think were huge when they are not.

Gok is definitely better than T&S! He helps women feel better in all areas and helps to build their confidence...whilst T&S can be quite snide with some of their comments.
