I was wondering whether or not any of the ladies who had been on the show have slipped back into wearing their baggy clothes or their cover up jumpers?
By the way did you get to keep the clothes you tried on ?

I have really changed since the programme, I learnt alot of other stuff, as well as what I should be wearing. Make up and grooming tips and now, although like Twiney I do still wear my practical Mum clothes, I make more of an effort generally!!
I think it's about attitude towards yourself more than anything. I've started believing in myself in a way I have never done. I'm positive and proactive and actually look after myself now. Like the other girls I have to wear jeans a lot for practical reasons but my friend and I have a new rule that if we don't HAVE to wear practical clothes then we're not allowed to. It's a pain sometimes but worth it!
I am more inclined to wear feminine clothes, I wear heels (Though not REALLY high as I can't wal;k in them!!) and have my hair cut at the salon used by the show (In series 1) The change is more psychological than anything. Its not easy to put into words really I do still get wound up about myself, but less so than in the past. If I feel myself slipping I remind myself of the experience. Dotty
