... A HTLGN for Men. a) Because I am sick of going around looking like rubbish, but am never sure what to do about it, as there are so fewer ways to look after yourself as a man. For example, many people would say it is OK for a many to moisturise, but people would still judge you because of it. Hell I would feel uncomfortable doing it!

Hi there, it is no one elses business if you moisteurise or not, you do not really need to tell them, i am impressed that you are wanting to make\ changes, you could always book a style advisor from one of the big stores or book a stylist from say colour me beautiful if it is clothes you want help with, the programme is actually asking for men so why not apply in, i understand what you mean re Gok, i got his book as soon as i could and i read it lots, there are books on style for men, your library should be able to order some for you, all the best with your changes
You know what I defo think they should get a programme or some of the shows for men. I was with my bf looking at anti ageing products, as you do when you shop. Some ranges there are that many different products, it makes my head spin!!!
I also have noticed some of my male friends becoming very self concious about their appearnce, looks etc.. I can imagine it can effects men's self esteem just as much as us ladies, but they prob find it even harder to talk about it.
I'm lucky in the sense, that my man is lovin the skin he's in, and seems to know more about personal grooming than me He defo take pride in his appearence, but doesn't take hours to sort himself out, thank heavens. So he may have a bit of a beer belly, but unless its effecting his health, then he's happy the way he is. I guess that attitude does help me a it to start to like me a bit more.

And Also, I don't want me redone, I'm ok with me, just a few look good tips etc... and I think alot of gjuys out there kinda flounder about with stuff, and would be nice for someone to teach them what looks good =)
