I sometimes get hormone related break-outs. Now I know it's somewhat inevitable that this is going to happen, but I was wondering whether you girls had any tips around those times in the month that could pretty much reduce the chances of getting them, or if it must happen then how is the best way to deal with them i.e cover up. xxxx
If they can put a man on the moon they can bloody well get rid of cellulite!
I swear by witch hazel, you can buy it in a chemists for a fraction of the price of "Brand name witch hazel, just ask the phrmasist for it, and keep it in the fridge so its cold when you dab it on,( use cotton wool, as that has a really good soothing effect on spots. hope this helps
i to get the hormonal break out of spots more so since having children an i agree 100% with "wideawake" witch hazel is fantastic doesnt smell wonderful but certanly does the trick. as for a cover up i sometimes dab very lightly with concealer.
TeaTree oil/gel is natural, and works fantasticly over night. The only down side is that you have to sleep facing straight upwards all night to avoid it getting rubbed off on your pillow.

I use some herbal tablets called HRI Clear Complexion. You can get them in Boots or Superdrug, only about £3.50. They work wonders, but it does take a couple of weeks to get them in your system. I started taking them for my wedding last year. They have helped my confidence no end aswell. Give them a try.
