Well one evening i came away from watching the show, i decided to get started and follow their advice, did everything possible from A-Z. A week after i found myself ready to test this theory, I stepped out of my house in nothing but well shoes, i didnt feel the need to hurt my feet. :s due to the amount of heads i turned i realised, i must have had a slight misinterpretation of the title. i thought oh crap! Ran straight homee, half way there :S i was spotted by policeman, i had to explain to an entire courtroom, luckily i was able to keep the case silent, and it didnt reach the tabloids. But it has to be The most humiliating day of my life. Next time i wont be so stupid!!!
