If you could give other women one piece of advice what would it be.....

Come on ladies, there are loads of women out there who feel lousey lets see if we can give them some suggestions to improve the way they look at or feel about themselves (and ourselves)

Look after your skin

Exfoliate & Moistureise all over
Don't leave your make-up on over night, it clogs the pores and makes your skin look dull

Bras that fit.

My girlfriend was walking round with a C, got fitted and now shes a DD.

Saying that it may be a E now.

go outside, eat well, meet friends, have happy sex lots - a smiley inside always makes the difference to the way I look I find.

oooh and one more thing blow-dry hair with a good dryer and a round brush always aiming the dryer downward - reduces frizz by a mile off.

I guess one thing I would suggest is try something new every year. It can be from a new hair cut, to learning to surf or visiting a unknown destination, while on holiday.

I keep this in mind whenever i meet someone-people can be cruel, people can be lovely and its usually because of one of the above!

as Pete Says get fitted properly with your bras etc.
But also try everything at least once be it a dress, a top, or a swimming costume.. whatever... at least in the future you can say you tried it not that you wished you had and always wondered .!!!

Be confident! Everyone has bits about themselves they don't like: focus on the bits you DO like and enhance them. If you have great legs show them off when poss; if you have gorgeous eyes draw attention to them with lots of mascara

Oh and one more piece of advice: only ever show one out of the following: legs, tummy, cleavage. Two or more looks tacky

take pictures of yourself and look at them, you are not as big or as bad as you think you are, that is what worked for me!!

We are our own worst critics so learn to tune out!!

Yes, she went from 32C (what she was in School) to 32DD. We got 3 bra sets and now she might be a 32E.

Im not complaining though!!

Someone said to me a couple of weeks ago, "every day when you are getting ready for the day look in the mirror and say 'I will not should on myself today", I have tried it, the days when I tell myself I should not have had that biscuit or should have worn that top I was scared of wearing, it can be addapted to anything, just an idea.

get yourself a fake tan, EVERYONE looks better with a sun kissed look. guaranteed xxx
