Yeah, its one of my favourite films, due to mainly 2 reasons - 1) The director - I'm a massive fan of Shane Meadows (who also directed This is England). You should check out his other work. 2)Paddy Considine - One of my favourite actors, absolutely brilliant in his role in Dead Mans Shoes. Check him out in Meadows' A Room for Romeo Brass. Paddy Considine and Shane Meadows are meant to be teaming up again this year for King of the Gypsies, about a real-life Gypsy boxer. I cant wait!

I'm not really a fan of British films but no i'm starting to like them. I started watching some british films on film4 and i was like wow. I also had to watch some in my film class. I think i be buying Dead Mans Shoes.
