Hi I've won last month's prize on the Great Big Movie Quiz. According to the competition rules, they have 14 days to contact and inform me of the prize, but nobody has contacted me since(its' been 20 days now). I was just wondering whether taking such a long time to reply is normal or not. I've tried to contact them by email but nobody replied.
The quiz website doesn’t appear to be that professionally run, the quiz for no reason frequently crashes with a technical error message, scores do get submitted to the leader board and last month the quiz went down for two days.
As you say you have already contacted them then this probably won’t help much, but here it is anyway,
