Arch you'll catch the last half an hour of it now I think. Sorry should've reminded you during the day....meant to, but with my memory. Ah well maybe it'll be on again soon?!

Caught the last bit but I prefer when the story starts to unfold. Wasn't Connery's accent strong but a little sexy I thought. Mrl Griffith looks a bit like her mum not too much though.

Mel Griff (is that a cross between Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones?) has had too much plastic surgery now. She looks terrible.

Apparently Banderas has bannned her from having anymore - good jole btw - I liked her in working Girl, has more 80's influence in it than a brat pack film. Shining through is good too, it's like the director made everything in it a tribute to '40's cinema - if you've seen it you'll know what I mean

I like Working Girl, mainly for HF but it's a fun film as well. Is Shining Through the one with Michael Douglass set in WWII? If so I quite like that.

I've not seen Shining Through, but I like Working Girl. It has 80s chic....mad make up and hair. Plus it's got HF in so of course we're all going to love it. In my younger days..me and my friend stayed up learning the lyrics to the song at the end. We loved it.... I've not watched Marnie yet....and I don't think I've ever actually seen it. Ssshhhhhh don't tell anyone. And on a completely different note...is the forum playing up for anyone else or are the stupid flood protection measures just taking against me again?!!

Hello you two. Buy the Times tomorrow. The not so bad Ewan is in the mag. Just thought I'd let you know in case you didn't already. House very good last night. Did you see CSI Miami this week? Had me in tears, sob, sob

House was great last night. Didn't see CSI Miami missed it again....what night is it on? I need a reminder...have got into the habit of watching House....I just need to get into the routine of it. Are you going to start watching Lost Sarara? Ooooh and thanks for the heads up on the Ewan info...I will buy it. Arch, the old music forum is here again....it's been made into one again! Hurrah!

My pleasure Holly. CSI Miami is at 9pm on Tuesdays C5. Best ever CSI tonight at 9 showing a Miami episode. Try and catch it. I love David Caruso. I don't usually go for carrot tops but as I said before he has a 'je ne sais quoi' about him. Can't put my finger on it (well I'd certainly like to) but I love 'im.

Oh I've missed it again Sarara...I was watching BB But will try to remember to watch it on Tues. Saw the lovely Major Shepherd ( I think that's his name ) in Stargate Atlantis. *Qwoooooar* Slightly cheesey, but still good.

Hello there, sorry for my absense. Was away with the fairies yestrday, legally stoned, out like a light etc. If BB is reading this I had an operation! I always thought the CSI guy's nickname was down to origin y'know like Gonzales but his surname was Speedle! I also thought Haratio was hugging the wrong woman!

Glad your op went ok Arch. Just read the interview in The Times magazine...don't think the journalist hit it off with Ewan. Ah well. Good interview though and it had some nice pictures. *Qwooooooar*

I don't like that, people who probe the interviewee for a reaction. I hope it doesn't show Macgregor as a stropper. Thanks cap'n, I went to the infamous Moorfields to get my squint fixed. It's so strange to have it straightened as I've had it since birth!

Hope you have a manly servant to tend to your every need while you're recuperating Arch! The journalist did come across as like that...but that could be me being slightly biased in Ewan's favour. I did take against the journalist a little bit, which is quite sad...so best not mention it to anyone. Have you visited the all in one music forum yet Arch? I was very excited to see it back in one piece y'day ....at first I thought it had been deleted again. Doh!

As a matter of fact there was this young doctor, possibly another consultant with the doctor who handled my case. He was rather nice and I actually smirked at him but quickly hid it so no harm done! Only saw him briefly though

Nope can't be done, I simply can't watch Holmes without my blood boiling. She's a newbie to hollywood and she nabs the cream of the crop how, how, how and why, why, why?

I didn't end up watching either of the films....I flicked and flitted about a bit. And then forgot to record the first ten minutes of Happiness...doh and grrr at me. Hopefully I'll get it without the first ten minutes! Deep breaths Arch...calm, think peaceful thoughts! I don't mind Katie Holmes that much...I really liked her character in Dawson's Creek, so I guess that's why I don't mind her that much. Thought she was a bit chronic in Batman Begins though.
