Just wondered.

I know why the team aren't telling us the closing date of the Send a Sketch Time Travel competition. It's so that real time travellers can't go forward in time to see if they won or not. If not, why bother entering?

i really want to know the date as well i sent loads of applications in early on in the compo and now im really burning out but ive tried sending one a day so the 4laughs team dont forget about me

Yo...i've mentioned this in a post elsewhere, but the Time Travel S-a-S hasn't got a deadline yet - basically it's going to run until the main site is launched (the date is as yet unconfirmed).

That's almost surreal Chris or can such a concept exist - surely it either is or isn't or is it just a continuum of reality to surreality and what's real anyway although that must be something if we can think something isn't - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Today i learnt that my girlfriend believes that reading the paper whilst listening to (and occasionally glancing at)Soccer Saturday is impossible, and that i have to choose to do one or the other.

I find if you don't fully concentrate on the ads you keep missing the football breaks.

I know the feeling.
My wife thinks that she should continue giving me driving lessons even thougn it's over 20 years since I passed my test.
She also continues to point out my poor driving and then will suddenly block my view of the road pointing and exclaiming, 'Did you see the dress in that shop window? Look back quickly or you'll miss it!' I then complain about this obvious hypocracy and she says, 'Well, if you hadn't been going so fast you would have seen the dress. It was to die for.....'

Maybe they've seriously underestimated the volume of entries for all these comps., so I'll let them off for another few light years but not a nanosecond longer!.

I am so excited to be on board at last. I am a demon contributer to all the send a sketches and now the caption and storyboard stuff.

So glad I found this board about the time travel send a sketch. I sent THE EXAMPLE used on the time travel one. The one about Trisha and Jesus' mum and dad. I thought being THE EXAMPLE meant I had done well. Its not as if the site used me as the example of how a shit entry can look. (or did they?) Yes so I thought I may have won it. I already spent the £250 I didn't get so now I am broke and spent. So count yourselves lucky you were not used and tossed away like a one night stand. Not only that. Send a Sketch didn't even respect me in the morning.

I am going to see the real Trisha to get this off my chest.

apologies for sounding like a broken record, but can davina or chris please heal my scratch and confirm whether 'the time travel send a sketch' has either been decided or, if not, whether it will ever be decided?! ta
