Yep... That 'Mundo Loco' is really fantastic - with a great spoof band fronting it... They do some nice topical and fun sketches inbetween the music, and it'd be good to get some material on there - particulalry in front of a large audience...

I've seen 'The News' section in the clip, but what's "Sergei's Letters" all about? Is it a Points Of View kind of thing?

I assumed 'Sergei's Letters' was a spoof agony column - like a 'Dear Deidre' or whatever... I may be wrong...

Me neither Dan. I sent a boat load of bowel eruptingly hot lines and...nothing. Think it would make me feel better if someone somewhere has had some kind of result on this one. Maybe then I can rest assured that I haven't been fire hose urinating into a force nine gale.

Has anyone tried the submission form on Mundo's own site?... I'd imagine they'd get used quicker going through that route - but I haven't had a chance to get some material together for it yet...

Yup I submitted loads of the submission forms which are a pain as you're supposed to submit one for each individual entry. I just have this depressing feeling that PERHAPS and only PERHAPS a lot of work has disappeared down a comedy black hole like flushing so much one liner bottom deposits into the mysterious lost pan of obscurity.

Oh nooooo... Well that's disappointing to hear... Maybe the response was too overwhelming - which can happen when offers of genuine pay surface...

I too am getting disheartened by the lack of feedback...
I understand there is a lot going on, especially for Fay, Davina etc to keep new comps coming (they need to drum these up after all, and, by my email today about the current Window of Oppotunity, it would seem they need to drum up the submissions at times too).

But there was something on the 4Laughs website about a response from Mundo Loco, which had dates regarding their rehearsal and filming, which would work as a rough guide to when we would know if our hard work bore lovely juicy fruits... but can I find it?! No.
I've gone through numerous links, and used the search engine, but nowt. Anyway, I think it was the 17th when they rehearsed, so we should hear VERY soon if at all...

I don't mind being a lo-se-er, as long as it is made wildly apparaent to myself and everybody else!

Ahh... The 17th sounds good to me - they could easily still be in rehearsals putting something together... It probably is just a case of them having a mountain of stuff to wade through... Maybe give it till the end of the month...

The First WOO has all been completed and dealt with in The Blog there now... So this one (Second WOO) will definitely be next, I think...

Nope. Mundo has gone loco and taken our one-liners with him, I fear.

Still no news here, either... Something's definitely gone wrong, though - as that was WOO number two, and three's already been dealt with, and we're about to hear the word on four...

I thought it might have been the volume of entries holding it up, but apparently Mundo haven't updated their own site for ages, or filmed any new stuff... So I think it may have folded... Shame - but just one of those things, I guess...
