Anyone know what the last laff in Loaded is like?

I haven't bought 'Loaded' for a while, or any of the others men's magazines - but I'm assuming they'll probably show a sample so everyone can get the gist of it... Or maybe there's some samples archived on their website...

I'd imagine it's just quick gags that run over a couple of comic book style frames - like an 'Andy Capp' or whatever... Possibly topical/political - but more likely with an innuendo or risque element given the style and tone of the magazine... I'm looking forward to it...

I think I'm BACK so I'll give it a whirl I guess...not sure "innuendo" and "risque" is my bag...but subtle crudity definately is. I've never bought Loaded before but I've admired the cover from a distance so I think I have the gist.

Does anyone know what layout we should use? Was thinking box one, action and quotes, box two action quotes, box three action quotes.

Yep, it's there... Woo hoo, for the new WOO...

Well it says there that they'll adapt it into a cartoon, so I don't think any attempt needs to be made to draw the thing or anything like that... They just want the funnies... LustForLeith has the right idea, I'd say - they said 'beginning middle and end, in the same number of boxes', so it's probably best to go with that...

BOX ONE - and then whatever characters are in that and the action/dialogue that takes place....

BOX TWO - and so on...

Should be fun to have crack at anyway... Good luck to all...

I'm looking forward to this comp as I've always loved the irreverent little comic strips they have in Loaded. They used to have a really good photo/comic strip thing entitled Newsagent Provocateur which was hilarious.

I also like the fact that you can enter as many times as you like. I've finished one so far...

Well they've got some samples there in the new Blog today - and I'd highly recommend taking a look to get the idea of the sort of things they're after...

It's WAY simpler than what I had in mind, and was going for... So back to the drawing board, me thinks...

It was supposed to be announced on the 20th...

I think it's the Easter break that's done it - and pushed the announcement back... Or technical troubles updating the main page - which can't be helped...
