Does anyone know where i can get the shelves that look bracketless,if you know what i mean? You actually put the shelf supports/brackets on the wall then fit the shelf over them, thanks

I think they are called floating shelves, you can find them in Ikea

They have them in B&Q as well. I think they're pretty common these days. Nice though
Anyone know how much weight they can support? Fanccy them for alcoves but are they suitable only for ornaments / photos or could you put a tele on them?
I wouldnt think they would support a telly, but then again it depends on how big the telly is.
we have a 20" combi telly in our bedroom, but its on a bracket suitable to hold tellys, perhaps that might be better.

According to the blurb, IKEA shelves will support up to 5kgs.
