Does anyone know where to obtain a microwave where the door opens from the left hand side rather than the right. All of the big stores only do the convential type.
Phil, you may be better avoiding the big electrical superstores and speaking directly to a specialist kitchen appliance shop. I think there are certain of the 'upmarket' brands that do allow you to hang the door on either side, rather like you can with a fridge, and they can also point you towards any models with a drop down door like Connie's.
Ours is a Siemens, supplied by the kitchen firm that re-fitted our kitchen. Siemens and Neff (the same company) both do drop-down door combination microwaves, made to match their respective ovens. I think mine although built-in, can also be used free standing.
