Short answer, no you can't have a power shower with a combi.

This thread provides more info.

i've got a combi boiler - and found the hot didn't have enough pressure to work shower and as velvet said you can't have power attached to hot combi - i bought a 10KW 'normal' electric shower - which has quite some 'force' on it - fitted to cold pipe

You can only use a power shower where you have a tank to pump it out of. A combi boiler uses mains water feed, and you can't get water out of a cold tap faster than it wants to come out. If you can sort out your water pressure problem it will help. Even if you fit an electric shower you won't be able to get the water supply to give more than it wants to.
