I imagined we might be here in another year's time at least so we're frantically eBaying all our old stuff so we can be as flexible as poss about where we live. It wasn't worth putting a sale board up. Bet the EAs wish every sale was as quick, had three viewings in that time as well!
Not counting chickens but the HIPP man foresaw no problems and I know the searches will be clear.
