i have a large home and am looking to sell. hoxever i am unsure whether to sell the main house and the 1.5 acres of land as one lot and the adjoining extension, the kennels, office and outbuildings (plus approx .75 acres land) as another lot or whether it would be better to sell the both together. the main house has 3 double bedrooms(master en suite and one single bedroom also a family bathroom very large kitchen/diner lounge and conservatory. mature landscape gardens double garage and a summer house. this original part of the house is a around 300 years old The extension was built around 1975 and has its own entrance and two bedrooms, one bathroom, large kitchen and a living/diner. the unlandscaped land also contains stables and a small cattery as well as three kennel buildings and an excersize yard.
