Sorry if this has been answered before. I am looking for a simple, (easy to use by someone with NO CAD experience) programme/system to do 3d house plans, as seen on tv.

We have used one called plan 3d, which has been ok, although is not perfect and can be a bit fiddly and 'jolty' (not sure of the technical term, but not as slick as I would like) However its pretty easy to use and you can look through from different angles.

Sketchup by Last software has its uses.
