Greetings all

I am looking for help/advice in buying the freehold of a flat above commercial premises, both properties are leasehold at present.

If anybody could give me a push in the right direction that would be great.

You have no right to buy unless:

1. There are at least two flats (other than the commercial premises) in the building and
2. No more than 25% of the total floor area is occupied by commercial premises.
