I dont know what they are like now, but a year or so ago they didnt have a good name. Apparently you cant get rid of them, a few peeople I know, including myself, have had terrible times with them over the phone, they wont leave you in peace, but whether things have changed I dont know. Just be careful and cautious.

thats my experience of them too. they seem to of changed their name to bowater so you think its a different company, or are they trading under both names? id steer well clear if i were you amishra.
Bowater staybrite is the company that OWNS zenith windows and zenith roofline amongst others. like wetherseal own everest and supremo. companies cant just trade under a different name
