And to reply to reverend....nope! not pre 2002... how about in the last 2 months? There are still deals to be done and money to made if you can buy at the right price and sell at the right price. I would admit though it is getting quite difficult to sniff out bargains these days but they are there if you look very very hard.
I am not getting into the 'crash debate' because it is difficult to change some peoples point of view who wish to believe there is going to be one and even if there is it will be a temporary blip on the big radar picture in the long term imo.
I have experienced the rise and falls over the years and I would suggest that the latest problem with houses/property/interest rates etc.etc. is all part of the graph pattern that you would see going back to 1950. Thats my view and I am sticking with it.
