Happy New Year!

I was wondering if any of you know if there is a specific date the land registry releases sold property prices. For more then a month nothing new has come on the list 25 octber was the last property that has been added.

I was led to believe the data is released 3 months after a sale has gone through.

Check out rightmove web site, sold prices - just had a quick look, it was updated in january, with sold prices up to the end of december 2007.
