Hi all,

Just to update everyone who read my previous posts about lost building regs etc, we have signed for the house, and should pick up our keys a week today, to move in the weekend of 20th!!!!

It has been a fairly stressful journey, but after lots of perseverence, the hard work has paid off, and we are getting a 3 bedroom (all doubles) chalet bungalow, in a small cul de sac, with good size back garden, and nobody overlooking us, in a popular friendly village, for £151,000!

Sorry it's not exactly a question, but I'm in that "want to shout it from the rooftop" stage (maybe that will change once the mortgage starts!)
