Hi Melboy - or anyone else out there!

Having successfully bought our house 10 weeks ago, we have been busy doing essential building work and have neglected the heating system. It was serviced when we moved in, however...

We have an oil fired combi boiler, with two leaky radiators (coming from the ?valve where the thermostat is on each) and we lose hot water pressure within a few seconds, so we start with a lovel warm shower and within 2 mins its very cold.

Are the leaks and the lost pressure connected?

Any help appreciated! Water is sooo scary compared to other things!

Yes is the answer and certainly the first place to start. You will also be sucking in air into the system which won't help in the least.
