hi we have just recently had a new kitchen fitted with at a new boiler unfortunatly not being here when the fitted it we dont know how to use it

the problem is that the house it so hot and we want to turn it down

any ideas

If you post up the make and model of boiler someone will probably be able to help. You can sometimes get the user manual on the internet if you know what to look for.

That was a good Plumber then! What part did he miss on the Installation Information Booklet where it states. 'Please Leave UserInstructions with Householder'

Isn't it a requirement now to have a room thermostat installed with all new boilers? It doesn't sound like you have one.
