I missed the programme. What reason did he give that prices were about to rise again? As we're coming out of the end of the busiest period of the year (which happened to be a little flat this time)I'm wondering what the catalyst is going to be?
Gahhh! I've realised now! You meant Trevor Mc Doughnut! I thought you were on about some property guru or high panjandram in the Bank of England - d'oh! That'll teach me not to drink beer...

I have no idea, it was on the news, the woman spoke quickly I was laughing at something silly...
This report was a load of cr@p. They basically said that house prices could rise because interest rates are likely to drop. No mention of the fact that the housing market has cooled faster than a can of coke in the freezer, or that the average wage to the average house price is higher than its been in years.
There does seem to be a lot of moderation / deleted of threads at the moment.
However as there seems to be some sort of HPC intervention on almost every thread perhaps it is the only way of maintaining the true /intended nature of the forum
Trevor was just announcing it. Some woman actually did the "report". What the report was based on though was opinion, so it wasn't news and had no factual evidence whatsoever.
