Our buyers have viewed our house 3 times before putting in an offer. The third time, they brought a few relatives with them and wanted to go round the house on their own, so we let them. Everything is more or less ready for exchange, mortgage offer given, valuation done, searches done, so what are we waiting for?? They want to come round again to measure up for furniture. They haven't even signed anything yet. Is this usual?
I am surprised that the majority of people look at the biggest expense in their lives only twice before deciding to buy. I am guilty of this too! I probably spent more time deciding which shed to buy.
Our buyers did this, came around loads, first with her relatives then with his, and then to measure up for furniture. I think they were just excited as it was their first home together. The sale went through as excpected . We were worried tho I will admit. I paniced every time but I think they liked it more every time they came.
My buyers came round several times (1 initial viewing and 3 more before exchange) also, made a couple of phone calls to ask if I could measure certain walls etc as they were buying furniture. I think they were just really excited and to be honest, the fact that they were measuring up, and obviously making plans reassured me they wouldn't back out.
I wanted to see my house loads of times before I moved in. I needed to picture the place, where I would put the furniture, measure up, take my boyfriend to see it, take my sister to see it.... they are probably just really excited. Let them come see, even if it is a bit of a hassle.

You can use the opportunity to 'sell' the house to them all over again ("and this is where you could sit out of an evening, and this room would make a great study/lovely nursery, and this room gets lots of natural light, etc).
