If I buy old wood parquet - e.g from ebay, how much should I budget for laying/sanding/varnishing. The room in questions is c. 18 feet by fourteen. Any advice?

Has it still got pitch or adhesive on the underside?

Hi. I haven't bought it yet, but I suppose most of it does - and I don't think I want to clean it myself, so that has to be added to the costs. Any ideas? Thanks v. much.
